JR, Do you do your own web design or do you have it done? I keep thinking I’m missing the meat by not being able to get a website up and running. Should I just go hire a webdesigner, or is it simple enough that I should be able to figure it out on my own?

Hope the kids are all doing well.

Heather it is good to hear from you.

I do a lot of html design myself but on the flip side I farm alot of it out.

I guess it just depends on how big of a project you have.

Thanks for asking about my kids, they are doing great. How is your family doing?

Tracy I’m glad you like the post.

I took a brand-new site with zero traffic to earning around $3/day with adsense and the only thing I have done is use this one technique.

    JR,

I can vouch for using web 2.0 properties as a way to get on page 1 of google. I did 3 different keywords and made 4 web 2.0 properties for each. (Recommend outsourcing this as soon as you can afford to) It took about 4 hours to put it all together but the next morning for each keyword I had 3 of the top 10 google search results, it was about 6 hours later, Amazing!
