Anyone who knows me knows I’m a huge “car guy.”
I don’t know the first thing about working on cars but I love to drive exotic vehicles.
I have some pictures of my vipers, prowler, motor coach etc. that I will be posting shortly.
In the meantime here are some pictures of my “REAL” Hummer.
I’m driving a fake black H2 now – LOL!!!
I remember when I saw my first Hummer H1 it was in a Arnold Schwarzenegger movie and I knew right then and there I would own one.
Now here I was back in the early 1990’s and I was in my early 20’s and most of the time I did not even own a car. But by 1999 I purchased the first ever YELLOW (yah baby) ever built.
My wife and I and our 2 children (at that time) flew down to Scottsdale Hummer and drove my new $118,000 Hummer home.
Back then there were no H2’s or H3’s – ONLY THE REAL THING!!!
I remember stopping in Las Vegas on the way home and staying at the MGM (which is a dump now, it is musty and moldy smelling. If you want a nice place to stay I recommend either The Venetian or The Bellagio).
We had a blast in Las Vegas and we were treated like rock stars.
You have to keep in mind that back ‘in the day’ there were no Hummers like there are now days.
When I had my Hummer H1 there were only 6 other Hummer’s in the entire State of Utah.
I remember taking my Hummer in for service and the mechanics would go nuts. They really liked the fact that I took my Hummer off road which most of the other Hummer owners kept theirs in the garage.
Anyway, in my opinion the Hummer H1 (which is no longer being produced due to the war) is the ultimate vehicle of all time and I’m glad I owned one.
I’m going to go ahead and post some pics of my Hummer and in the short future I will post some pics of the offroad wreck i was in that caused $37,000 in damage to it – OUCH!!! Click on the image to see a larger picture.
